Oh ya, we’re gonna show those fascists what for in the midterms! Blue Wave!!!! You’ll see!!!

Ya. Right. Sure.

But first, that’s only going to happen if we Democrats can be bothered to actually do the Needful and vote.

People ASSUMED Hillary had it in the bag, so they didn’t go out and vote for her themselves. SURELY she had all the votes she needed to win! MY one measly vote won’t matter in the scheme of things. I’m too tired/hung over/busy/important to go to the poll.

Nope. You *need* to VOTE for someone to get those votes for your candidate. They don’t appear magically.

We came up with our bullshit pathetic excuses about why we wouldn’t/couldn’t cast our own vote(s) and we ended up with the insanity we have now.

So, if you want there to be any chance of actually forcing the fascists back a step, you are going to *have* to do your civic duty to protect our very fragile democracy and vote.

Because no one else will be doing it for you.
